I’m a mental health counselor and I enjoy partnering with men and women who are working towards creating lives that are meaningful and fulfilling. My sessions focus on targeting distressing emotional symptoms, reducing ineffective behaviors or habits and addressing past experiences that create barriers to reaching goals. My practice serves adults and is fully virtual. I look forward to my work each day because it allows me to partner with unique people from a variety of backgrounds. I also enjoy working with clients who have a Christian worldview and who desire to incorporate their faith into sessions. Along with my private practice I teach courses for a graduate program and I offer supervision and consulting services to local private practices. I offer individual and group supervision for those in need of supervision for their LPCC.
